Payment Types

Cash
Till drawer will only open for access to change if using the Touch Screen, if using PC the drawer will not open and cash will need to be put in the till using NO SALE and Reason (explained in further section)

Card 
Payment amount will go direct to the card machine for customer to pay
CARD 1 – Reception & Shops
CARD 2 – Sales
The correct card machines should show depending on location and Shadow link if not using the physical POS

Cheque
Till drawer will only open for access if using the Touch Screen, if using PC the drawer will not open and cheque will need to be put in the till using NO SALE and Reason (explained in Nole Sale section)

Loyalty
When this is pressed it will ask for you to verify the payment amount.

When verified amount, press the ok button (bottom left)

Till will prompt for an owners CUS number

Enter the CUS number, Note you have to type ‘CUS’ and the number for it to work

When ready, press the ok button (bottom left)

This will deduct the payment from the loyalty card

Pay By Link
When this is pressed it will ask for you to verify the payment amount.

When verified amount, press the ok button (bottom left)

It will then show you the mobile number from the CUS account, if present. You can enter a new mobile number if required

When confirmed, press the ok button (bottom left)

The Link would have been sent and the till will show this on screen whilst they enter their details

The customer on their side will receive a message from The Park Name and the below message

That when clicked on the link will take them to a secure payment page

Once they have completed payment using either Apple Pay or Google pay, or entering the long card number, expiry date and security number SparQ will confirm and finish on the screen for you
