On the main screen, search for the product to sell

CHDRAIN – Central Heating Drain Down (WITH Discount)
CHDRAINF – Central Heating Drain Down (NO Discount)
STDDRAIN – Standard Drain Down (WITH Discount)
STDDRAINF – Standard Drain Down (NO Discount)
 

Click to highlight the drain down required

Click sell (bottom left)

Till will prompt for an owners CUS number

Enter CUS number the right of the Reference field, when ready, press the ok button (bottom left)
New screen will appear with customers details to confirm. If correct click OK 

Discount will automatically be applied depending on the service selected

Click TOTAL (bottom right)
Select payment method and finish the sale

NB: Discount should only be applied when paying with a Loyalty Card ONLY

Split payments cannot be excepted for Drain Downs

EP will automatically update with a Receipt Line and Maintenance Job
