This guide explains how to use the Multiple Maintenance Jobs function. It was originally designed for Fleet Gas Bottles but now supports Draindowns and any bulk-organised job that you recharge.
🏠 Starting from the Homepage
From the Home Page, use the Search Bar to type Multiple.
If it is not visible on the ribbon, select Create Multiple Maintenance Jobs from the search results.
The Multiple Maintenance Jobs form will appear.
✏️ Mandatory Fields
Fields marked with a red star (★) are mandatory and must be filled in for the function to work.
You can also add Date and Delivery Details if needed.
✅ Tip: Check all required fields before continuing to make sure the form can be submitted.
🧩 Selecting Units for Jobs
You have two ways to apply jobs to units.
Option 1: Insert Multiple
Go to the Manage tab.
Select Insert Multiple in either the Units or Plots table at the bottom.
A list of all units will appear. Tick the ones you want to include.
Option 2: Manually Add Plots
In the Plots grid, type the Park Code and Plot Number.
The Unit Information will automatically fill in.
You can create up to 50 jobs at once.
⚙️ Completing and Invoicing Jobs
Jobs created in bulk still need to be completed and invoiced individually.
You can do this from:
The Maintenance Job List
The Owner Card
💡 Reminder: Each job must follow the normal completion and invoicing process.
